dielectric filled waveguide slot antenna design

hi dear all
I want to design dielectric filled waveguide slot antenna and I use Elliot paper [plz look at the attachment]. In this paper In equation (33) I don't know how to get Y(xn,ln)/G0 and I don't want to use dipole approximation. also plz tell me this is just self impedance of nth slot or total impedance (self and mutual impedance) of the nth slot.
