Automatic Gain Control (AGC) IC

can anyone help me find Automatic Gain Control(AGC) IC for operation in 1200MHz IF band with at least 400MHz bandwidth.

You can use an RF detector from Analog Devices which DC output can control the gain of a VGA.

What you need is VGA, you can search in Hittite, or Mini-Circuits etc.
