Load LPDA in practice problem

I designed broadband LPDA antenna (1 GHz - 2.2 GHz) in double side PCB. It has to be load with 100 Ohm resistance. How to make this load the best way possible in practice?

You can use a SMD 100-Ohm resistor with a corresponding power rating. Such resistors can be used at up to 5-8 GHz.
