Antenna designing doubts AND ansoft designer software related doubts

I am designing circularly polarised antenna for GPS . I have designed antenna in ANSOFT designer software .the DOUBTS are:
1. The 50 ohm impedance point is inside the patch how to connect feed line at that point by making E shape removing patch slightly.
2.the software is not analysing it is taking too much time without analysing . is there any problem with parameters that i have taken er=4.1 ,W=57mm,L=46mm
3.whats the further process of designing i will print it on a copper clad than is it so that i will put a substrate layer and then again a copper clad layer ?
