How to design tapered power divider for 200-512Mhz frequency?
Dear soumyaganesh
Hi
can you give me a bit more explanations about what you want to do ? how much power ? frequency divider ? what kind of divide ?

i want to know the design procedure for 2 way power divider.
Power handling capacity is 50W
How to calculate length & width of tapered line for multi section power divider depending upon frequency?
How to calculate the isolation resistor values for the corresponding power divider?
please let me if u want some more information
Cheers
Soumya
Hi Soumya
Many of dividers at high powers , can be based on class C divider . are you referring to this ?

Hai Goldsmith
What do mean by Class C divider? Can you elaborate it?

Hi SOUMYA
Suppose that you have a class C amplifier that tuned to the F/2 , and you gave to the input of that , two signals , a first one ( for example ) 100 MHZ and the other one is another wave ( such as another 150 MHZ or a bit higher or lower ) then the out put will be F/2 . but most of the time , the better result is , that you create a low frequency wave and then multiply it m thus the stability is higher .
Good luck

hi
i noticed u may have enough info about dividers and combiners. i would like to know basics and calculations for fm power dividers for 2,3,4,6,8 or more dipoles for radio transmission from 88 to 108 mhz. how to know better length, thickness, for out or inner lines. frequency, power, better impedence and how to calculate, i mean the principle depending on how many dipoles to get the best matching. all details possible. thanks a lot.
