Comprehension help on radially scaled parameters

Hi,
I am learning Smith chart. On my book and a website, they say there are 5 lines of radially scaled parameters. I post the web link here:

On its page 472, it says: "There are six scales laid out on five lines (?D? through ?G? in Fig. 26-4C and in expanded form in Fig. 26-5) at the bottom of the Smith chart."
I see six scales on four lines. Why does it say 5 lines? I don't know where I am wrong. Could you help me?
