Pulse transformer design
I need to make a pulse transformer for dc isolation of 10KV. pulse of 5V, 60ns.

I have asked for pulse transformer not converter transformer , trooidal core with 2 secondary winding...
For such high isolation voltages, you'll need either a relatively low coupling coefficient, or you'll need some kind of volume insulator (oil, varnish, epoxy, etc). Either way the transformer will likely have somewhat high leakage inductance, but a 60ns pulse should still be achievable, depending on what your load and source are. You should start looking for high frequency ferrite toroids to wind on.
What's your particular problem? The intended voltage time area can be easily achieved with a single turn on a toroid core of moderate size, e.g. 15 to 20 mm diameter.
Thank you all for your valuable suggestions
can you advise how to test HI-POT 10KV?
between winding using High voltage generator
can you advise which meter can test HI-POT 10KV?
Typing "HI-POT 10KV" at google should give you an idea. Did you try?
