Help with Rfm12bp application

I have 2 RFM12BP modules I want to use in a telemetry project. I have the datasheet, but it is quite useless on telling me how to use it. I want to send/receive ASCII data with this part. I can make assumptions about how to do this, of course, but I would rather have an example to work from.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the code pdf but I guess what I should have asked was what does the FSK in/out pin do.

BTW, your link is to the electrical/mechanical spec. That spec says the SPI pin is for parameters. That is why I got confused. I re-read the code pdf and it shows using the SPI pin for loading transmit data.

the above datasheet contain a reference schematic with FSK pulled high (using fifo).
