Measurement of Noise Figure of LNA
Just quoting model numbers without even a manufacturers name is of no use to most members of this forum. What you need is a CW signal source with a calibrated attenuator, a receiver with an IF output and a RMS power meter that is accurate at IF and an input termination resistor. So what have you not got?

RMS power is a useless entity. One can mathematically compute the RMS value of any function, but in the case of power it is pointless to do so, since the result has no particular use. In general, it will not have the same heating effect as the mean value of power. In contrast the mean power is a useful quantity.
