Full wave & Half wave EM simulation

Can anyone plz tell me the exact difference between full wave & half wave electromagnetic simulation?

Probably there is no half wave simulation.
According to my knowledge there is Full wave simulation

What I read is there was one method called Quasi-static analysis but It was not easy to use.
