ie3d software mgrid help

i am using Zeland_IE3D_v14.10_eval..
when i proceed to mgrid---simulate ---define graph ---s-parameters , my mgrid stop working and closed ..plz help me is it software problem .and if, then provide me solution.

can u provide me sme link ...to download the full software ....i am using Zeland_IE3D_v14.10_eval_plus_***** ,but not working ..and i need to change my system date too ,before starting ZPM .AND THANX FOR QUICK RESPONSE.

i'm using the same version.(Zeland_IE3D_v14.10_eval)
i work this antenna with HFSS,and a little IE3D.
i enhance Gain and Bandwidth and other parameter but with HFSS.
i'm sorry.
