How to change the HPBW of the biconical antenna

Hi every body
I have attached some details on the biconical antenna, its HPBW can vary between 20 to 100 degree
dose nay body know how can I change the HPBW in the E plane, in other words which parameter do I have to change in the design to get the HPBW change
