matthaei, young and jones - anyone know of a good quality version?

Hi all

As you may or may not be aware, this classic filter design book is now available for free. The only link I can find to download this is

However, the quality of these scans is pretty bad, and half the figures and mathematical formulae are indecipherable.

Does anyone know if there is a better quality version out there?
