Can someone help me design a loop antenna using ADS pls 434 Mhz and 2.45Ghz please

i am doing a project in which i have to design a loop antenna with frequency 434Mhz and another at 2.45Ghz using ADS only. please someone post the steps thank you.

but they want me to simulate it on ADS and i am trying to design a antenna at 434MHz ..... any help will be very much appreciated
