When I change the dynamic level of GSM,

the 8 times slots with 0X0X0X0X (X means off) is worse than all 0

When you increase the number of slots, the duty-cycle of the transmitter is changing, and this affect the PA switching transients.
The number of slots cannot be 0. During TX ON should be at least one slot active.
