Information about Peak to Average ratio (PAR) in mobile standard

Hi all,
I want some papers or texts that talk about the Peak to Average Ratio in mobile Standard. Particularly, I am interested to know the typical values of PAR standard for example in LTE, UMTS, WiMax.....

Search in google and you can get many documents.
for example, for TD-LTE, 0.1% time , the PAR should less than 13dB.
You may need new Spectrum analysis for this test.
