Need help How to convert the rectungular data to tabular data using ADS 2008 software

Dear Sir,
I am beginner to ADS 2008 software, am learning now amplifier design using ADS 2008. I know how to plot rectungular data,don't know, how to convert the rectungular data to tabular data using ADS 2008. Herewith I am attaching the one document, inthat document fig1 shows the rectunular data and fig 2 shows the tabular data. In ADS 2008 , I don't know , which option I need to use to convert the rectungular data to tabular data. I want convert as like fig2 from fig1 is shown in the document.
