I want to build a 4GHz oscillator using this device. In order to do that i need to simulate the circuit in ADS. This is where my problem lies, ADS does not have the Linear (S-parameter) model available. For those who know about ADS, it is the model that is specified according to its Vce and Ic values (biasing values).

Where can I find a model for this device?

Any help would be appreciated.

Spice model with included package parasiticsgives practically the same result comparing analisys with this model and with S-parameters data. All you can find here:

Can any one help me how to add a BFP 420 transistor in Agilent ADS Software,please tell me the procedure, how to include a component in ADS.
