Rf dual ch remote design

Hi all i want to design a dual channel rf remote controller.I found too many circuits but these are input latching circuits ie one channel will turn on for first press of corresponding switch in remote controller and will turn off if we press again.But i wanna a circuit that will turn on a channel while we press on switch and should turn off when we remove switch ..in other words each press in remote controller should produce a pulse in receiver.

You can choose what you will have at receiver L=Latched output, M=Momentary output.
