Is there any substitute for these components in this schematic?

This is the schematic I am working on.

Is there any substitute for the inductor which has a coil and a ferrite slug in between?
Can I use a fixed inductor for that? And if yes, what value?
And also is there any substitute for 2N3563 transistor?
The above mentioned components (ferrite slug and 2N3563) are really hard to find!
In place of 2N3563, can I use 2N3553?

Please read carefully the instruction. Your questions indicate you have no idea about the circuit.
Almost any transistors can be used, find some RF transistors for RF stages. Instructions explain how to tune the "coils".
Make your coils, ferrite cores are not needed for experimenting. Get ready to many experients. The authors did it too.
Learn how to set an operation point of a transistor amplifier and oscillator.
This is not an easy project but you can learn a lot by building it.

Thank you "jiripolivka" for taking the time out and reading the instructions for me. (not being sarcastic because I frankly did not understand them since I am a noob!)
Please can you suggest a few fm transmitter circuits which are reasonably stable when you hold them and move around?
I can make this circuit too cause I have the necessary parts.
And can I use the coils without ferrite core?

Thank you,
Glad you helped out.

The schematic you have is an attempt to stabilize the center frequency of the FM spectrum. You may have to test several crystals as not anyone can oscillate when FM modulated.
I have some experience with NBFM, the narrow-band FM. Wide-band FM oscillators are not too stable, so people have invented solutions.
One is to enclose the oscillator in a metal case and add a buffer to prevent frequency wandering.
Using the crystal like in your schematic can work, too. As ferrite core is lossy, an aluminum core may work better at ~100 MHz.
I saw an interesting "professional" solution at "ramseykits.com" where a "digitally stabilized" FM transmitter is offered.
You need to experiment, if you have the components, try your circuit.

Thank you for all your help!

To launch these schematic without spectrum analiser, will be problematically. For quartz normally generate at 1st, 3th, 5th harmonic not in a second. Of course for these equipment no problem with generation, but which frequency. In any case lets try, it will be experience. For FM band much better works non quarts, free raining, simplest, 3 transistors devices.
