Antenna Fabrication with LPKF machine S103

Has anyone used this machine for antenna / MW circuits fabrication ? I am having problem with the contour routing in the software CircuitPro. When I run it for cutting outside, it creates toolpath for both cutting outside and cutting inside. What can be the problem ?
