problem in synchronization in 868M

I am newbie in RF FSK 868M,2.4G band, i am using TI CC1110 transceiver and i can simply sending/receiving data.
However, i want to implement FHSS, and encounter a problem in synchronization,

i can understand one using fast hop while other using slow hop to get connected, but after that i was completely no idea of what to do in next step,... and stuck in it for a week .
