Co and cross polarization by ads

Hi all

i designs many microstrip antennas by agilent ads

when i want to plot 2d radiation pattern to get e_co and e_cross
i dont understand what they mean
also for circular polarized antenna for left and right
can anyone help me how i can read the plots by ads

and what is the best one
