What is Quad coil?

What is quad coil...........can i use a simple 455khz ceramic resonator in the circuit instead of quad coil?

I would guess in this case 'quad' is shortened from 'quadrature'. Is is part of an FM discriminator circuit?

Yes you can use a ceramic resonator as in the example attached for the TK83361 FM circuit.
