Drude model of Doped Si in um range

Hello
I am seeking for Drude model of p-type and n-type Si to calculate optical constants like permittivity or refractive index. Unfortunately I have not found anything until now.
Would you please to help me. My desired wavelength is in range of 1-20 um.
