Help me with add model of ATF 34143 in ADS

I have ADS 2011.01 and i want add model of ATF 34143 (file.zap) in ADS. But ADS does not allow because file.zap doesn't contain a file.defs
Can you help me?

It's a project file and it should be extracted before using it.
"Unarchive Project" under HPEESOF_HOME and add it as a library.

I extracted file.zap,but it doesn't have file.defs. So ADS doesn't allow add it. (ADS 2011.01)
it said not compatible. can it due to version of ADS?



I want measurement noise figure of LNA with ADS. But i don't known use component librarys.
Can you help me?

It's got own sub-circuit and the model.You can build your circuit by using these schematic views.It will add also its own "Project Library"
