Hi
I am looking for a good compact PCB solution for VHF (156.525 - 162.025 MHz) TX Power Amplifier that can give 1W (voltage 2.8-3.3 volt)
I also want to use one wire as 1/4 λ antenna and need to match it to my output.
I can choose the output power from those IC′s:
is4060 +13 dBm (20mW)
or
is4063 +20dBm (100mW) [1.8volt gives +14.2dBm (26mW) and 3.3volt gives +23dBm(200mW)]
I also need to be able to switch of the output into sleeping mode (= no current or few uA)
Hope you can help

I have made some calculation for 1/4 λ antenna with small matching coil which will be used as a small spring.
I need to have coil L1 around 7-9 turns, antenna length around 200mm and wire thickness around 0.6. I made the calculation using center frequency 159.275 Mhz

- Induced voltages on transmission line by plane wave in HFSS
- Klystron output voltage, cavity field strength
- Negative voltage needed in K-band
- How to set the bias voltage of the BJT in Gilbert mixer
- is DC voltage gain not an important issue to consider in LNA designing?
- Power (Voltage / Current) inducted in rectangle antenna.
