Antenna Array in HFSS

Hi,
I have designed a linear patch array of 5 elements with CPW feed.(the pic is attached)
My question is that in order to get the radiation pattern and 3D polar plot this array, do I have to use the concept of Antenna Array Setup or do i have to insert the infinit sphere for 2D and 3D the same way as we do for a single patch antenna.
