I would like to discuss step recovery diode(SRD) modelling using SDD.When I defined the equations and then simulated,the error is :
error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist flattening.While evaluating expression'SRD1.SDDNP1.I':expression has not been defined.
I am puzzled with this error .Please feel free to contribute your advice.Thanks!
Could be many reasons. Zap and WinRAR your project files and upload here.

The error what I said has been worked out .But I am also puzzled with the parameters of the SRD modeling in SDD.Such as the forward capacitance of the diode Cf,I don't know how to calculate its value.Here is my modeling and look forward to your advice!
What is more ,can you help me for the paper: "Characterization and Modeling of SRD Diodes for the Computer Aided Design of a Generator of Ultrashort Pulses." Master-Thesis,HFT,University of Kassel,November 1999.

There isn't any netlisting error in ADS. It works..

I have a same error problem with my design, the error is: " 'M1' is an instance of an undefined model 'nch' ."

You should add MOSFET model named nch to your schematic simulated!
