Pseudo Elliptic Filter Design

hi every one.
first of all,sorry about my english.

i want to create a code for synthesizing pseudo elliptic filter to achieve to the circuit of a low pass filter,i read some article but i just confused.please help me.
i need to solve this problem seriously, so please help me with a simple example and procedure.
