Getting Started with HFSS: A Silicon Spiral Inductor

I use hfss 13.0, and I has simulated a inductor based on "Getting Started with HFSS: A Silicon Spiral Inductor". But the result I get is different with the file,Getting Started with HFSS: A Silicon Spiral Inductor. I didn't add the integration line. can you tell me what's wrong with my project?
