RFID tag antenna design at 915 Mhz for metallic objects

Hi everyone ,
Am designing tag antenna for metallic objects and am using CST Software for simulation the antenna . my question is whether if i simulate should I add more layer for simulate as metallic like add another substrate (FR4) and conductance ( copper) in order to work as metallic in simulation ?
