Hi All,
Is that possible to design lossless voltage reference circuit to give the reference voltage has 30mv from VDD = 300mv.
Is that possible to design lossless voltage reference circuit to give the reference voltage has 30mv from VDD = 300mv.
Theoretically you could charge a 2-capacitor stack. Choose values so one charges to 30mV, the other to 270mV. Once charged, there are no losses.
I imagine there are more requirements for the reference circuit than being "lossless", e.g. regulation, output current?
