Sensitivity in microvolts...

Commercial and amateur receivers work well with an input signal level of ~1 μV. Some are a bit better, some not. Broadcast receivers are mostly happy with a level > 1μV.
What sensitivity level is typical for a 10GHz LNB satellite receiver ?

If we consider amplifier noise as sensitivity limit, video signals need at least factor 20 - 50 higher input level for same SNR due to the larger bandwidth.

And you get that by using a parabolic dish

The problem is one of bandwidth as well as ultimate sensitivity.

As bandwidth increases, the noise voltage also increases in proportion.
There is a very big difference between a 3Khz SSB speech channel used for amateur radio communications, and wideband fast data or video which may require several tens of Mhz of bandwidth.

For a very narrow band speech channel, a simple dipole is often more than adequate.
Wide band receivers need much stronger signals at the input, and as mentioned above, a parabolic dish, sometimes a very large dish is the only practical solution.
