Single antenna for LTE Cell Modem

I have a LTE CAT 6 device. It supports Rx Diversity and Tx Diversity is not supported. My application don't need high throughput and I want to use a single antenna. My product will be stationary. Is the single antenna usage with a CAT6 device allowable? Do I need to file a waiver for using single antenna on a CAT6 device? Please advise.
