EMC standards ...peak vs quasi peak

Hi..
Need a help to get the pdf text of different CISPR standards..most of them are not free...such as CISPR 11,22,14,25, ...and so on....
Please need to understand if the limits are given in quasi peak ..or peak values....what is the difference between the two .?
