How to implement high impedance microstrip line ?

Hi
I'm working on designing unequal power Wilkinson power divider. I need to implement a 295-ohm microstrip line. The problem is that it's not practical to implement.
I found two main techniques to increase microstrip/stripline impedance.
1- using offset double-sided parallel strip line
2- using defected ground microstrip line.
both of them are a bit difficult to implement.
Are there any other method can be used to increase microstrip/ stripline impedance to check it ?

You can also implement high-impedance microstrip line over High-Impedance Surfaces or just cut a slot layer in ground below microstrip line.
1. Use thicker substrate
Or
2. Use non-50 Ohm system.
For hybrid couplers I used 75 ohm system to eliminate too thick lines. Here you can do the opposite: use some 40 or 30 ohm impedance instead of 50 ohm.
