What is the Tch of AFT09MS015N?

Hi, ALL,
For thermal design,
AFT09MS015N datasheet only shows Tj, no Tch info.
But RA13H8891MA datasheet shows its Tch is 175 deg.
Can I use 175deg as Tch for AFT09MS015N?
Is Tj equal to Tch?
