port refinement hf3d error too few conductors were found on port 1

Hi All,
i made a patch antenna @2.4GHZ using driven terminal solution type. used reference http://www.ijafrc.org/Volume2/issue1/1.pdf (see fig 1 for antenna geometry).

both patch as well as gnd plane are not touching each other as well as both are assigned perfect E.
can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong.

ok so apparently i was using lumped port which i changed to waveport so the error has been solved. still i am not able to get the same results as the paper. can anyone tell why?

also on changng some of the parameter(lengths) on plotting the results i am seeing two curves for s11 with both the values of the parameter.how to remove the previous value curve.
