Achieving 90 degree phase shift

I want to design a circuit which can be used to perform a 90-degree phase to incoming 490 MHz signals.

Can I use Lattice phase equalizer for this purpose? If so how can I do the calculations? The example in Wikipedia not helping me.

Other methods will also help.

A 90 degree phase shift can be achieved with a quarter wavelength section of transmission line.
