I need rule for Noise figure of LNA

hi all,
How can I measure the Noise figure using the analytical method?
I am design without using any optimization nither power dissipation nor transconductance.
May anyone helps me?

Calculating the NF of even a simple LNA is pretty complicated due to poor Noise Model Parameters of the active device.
Instead, measurement is much easier.The Noise Parameters of a active device are generally interpolated/extrapolated quantites and they are frequently not predictable.
Using a accurate simulator is a way of working.
