How to inster silicon wafer in CST microwave software material libery

I want to insert new material called silicon wafer in CST microwave software material library for the frequency band of 50 GHz to 600 GHz.
What are the parameter i need to insert please suggest.

If its conductor, you need permeability and conductivity. If its dielectric material, you need permittivity and loss tangent of the material.

usually the properties you entered will support the entire band of the simulation so you can set the frequency when you do the simulation.

Silicon wafer is semiconductor, parameters are permittivity er=11.9 and conductivity (convert from resisity given in process specification).
