Regarding 5G antenna types & design guideline if any!

Hello,
Can anybody help me understand what are specifications of typical 5G antenna?
( Example Mobile device with 5G antenna)
What type of antennas are used/recommended in 5G communication?
Is there any reference or guideline available?
I tried searching on google but its difficult to filter information.

I would like to simulate in HFSS & understand antenna performance used in 5G.

In 5G instead of radiating energy in all the direction, a group of antennas that’s called Antenna Array, will focus data signal only to communicating device, so signal strength will be very high. This direction of data signal we called it Beam, is controlled by managing amplitude and phase of the data signal in each antenna elements in the array. mmWave, Massive MIMO, Phased array and beamforming are four key technologies in 5G antenna systems. In phased array, beamforming antenna arrays play an important role in 5G, aside from a higher directive gain, these antenna types offer complex beamforming capabilities.
Another important consideration is antenna frequency band. Today’s cellular and Wi-Fi networks rely on microwaves frequencies up to 6 GHz. Frequency bands for 5G can be separated into two different frequency ranges. Frequency range-1 includes sub-6GHz frequency bands while frequency range-2 includes mmWave frequency bands from 24 GHz to 72 GHz.
Different countries have proposed and working on different frequency bands, as you can see these range all the way from 24 GHz to 72 GHz.

More details are in book "Practical Microstrip and Printed Antenna Design"

Try https://www.semanticscholar.org/ and search for 5G, sort by recency

Some papers are available for download, some with preview images. 5g base station antennas are probably easier to design, mobile 5g antennas are difficult because of size constraints.

Mobile device 5G antenna specification? There is no clear antenna specification not even for 4G, 3G or 2G mobile phones.
Sometime is mentioned the OTA test (over the air) that have to pass, especially the antenna ERP (effective radiated power), but is up to each manufacturer how is designing the system to meet these specifications.
In 5G due to MIMO implementation, very high frequencies, AND small available space, would be even harder to specify the mobile phone antenna parameters.
