quarter wave transformer

hello
I need to design quarter wave transformer to match 50 ohm line to 100 ohm load by hfss but i don't know what is the best dielectric material i can use,and where i can place the two ports, and can i get the same bandwidth as theoretical value .
please can any one help me.

This is a very simple problem; the dielectric constant will affect the width of your transformer and basically you can have any Er that is available to you.
You will have a port at each end of the transformer.

thanks for your help
but can i put port directly on transformer ,or i must put one before 50 ohm transmission line and follow the transformer by 100 ohm transmission line to put another port on the end of it.
and what about the result is it as theoretical result.

I assume that you are going to match a 50-ohm transmission line to a 100-ohm load and not a 100-ohm transmission line.
If so, then your 3D model in HFSS consists of a 50-ohm transmission line connected to a transformer. Port 1 will be at the edge of the 50-ohm TL and port 2 at the edge of the transformer. Impedance of port 1 should be 50 ohm and that of port 2 should be 100 ohm. This way your load is port 2.

I did as you said but the result is strange the band width was very wide and it is not possible in QWT.
I need to match at 2.4 GHz but from result it is not matched when max gamma =.1.
at this freq it gives a maximum value not resonant.
I can't know what is the wrong .

please check the following design
