CST: DC component simulation

Hello,
Is possible to simulate in MWS CST a DC component of a signal?
I am trying to implement a co-simulation where in the DS I have placed a spice model of a linear drop-out regulator and in the MWS the 3D layout. I have placed the discrete port in 3D layout and in the DS I have linked the MWS block pins to the spice model of LDO.
The co-simulation does not works and I have a doubt regard the DC component. I don't know if CST can simulate in the 3D layout the DC voltage, that is regulated by LDO.
Might you give us some advises?
