HFSS excution error but not tell the detail of error

Hello! In HFSS (ANSYS 18) I occur an error:

simulation completed with excution error on server: Local Machine.

but it does not tell me what is and where is the error.

I failed to figure it out and have anyone met this kind problem?

I've met this problem, all right. Never been able to resolve it, though.
