Time domain simulation in CST MWS

Hi,
I want to simulate a structure in the time domain with CST MWS.
The excitation is not as usual as other simulations I know with port or plane wave!
I have a given surface current distribution (J and M) or tangential fields distribution on the surface which varies in any points by time! These are calculated from another simulation in the time domain and are available in the text file "for every point for all time steps" or "for the whole surface points at every time step" (as I name it the first simulation).
Because the first simulation requires very long time to be simulated in CST, I solved it with another software and now, I have surface current or fields distribution of any points versus time. But I don't know how to implement this kind of excitation in CST (for the second simulation).
I tried somewhat field source monitor (for the first simulation) and use its results in the second one but it works with frequency samples (not in time) which will have effect on the accuracy of results. And the worst thing is that it took very long time (for the first simulation) for a very simple structure (a small dipole in free space (2cm length) at freq. of 440 MHz! (about one day!)).
Any suggestions will be appreciated for implementation of desired excitation (as was described above) and making the first simulation faster.
Thank you in advance.
Bests.
