Hi,
I would like to know on HFSS when we click on compute antenna/max parameters to find the maximum gain of a design, we can see a peak gain value which is not in dB. I would like to know if we have to do 10 log(Peak Gain) to get the maximum gain value in dB?
Also, I would like to know for the 3D polar plot from create far fields report, we have gain values in dB for different colors. For exemple for the red, if we have 1.5e+0.001, what does that mean? is it 1.5*10^1 dB or 1.5*e^1 dB? Does the red color also represent the maximum gain?
Thank you

I would like to correct a sentence I wrote myself. "For exemple for the red, if we have ""1.5e+001"", what does that mean? is it 1.5*10^1 dB or 1.5*e^1 dB? Does the red color also represent the maximum gain?"
