I am trying to replicate a 4 X 4 butler matrix
However, the memory required to simulate is too large at 90 GB which is not possible for any consumer-grade computer.
Could anyone advise ?

Make the Meshing coarser and Make them Copper Layers to Union.Check the Connectivity out because there may be some unseen geometry acute areas that you couldn't see..
Memory Requirement of Sonnet is proportional to meshing density so coarser meshing means less memory.
And try Conformal Meshing because Conformal may request less memory.. ( sometimes..)
With conformal meshing (metal fill type) and course meshing, it still requires 14 GB of RAM....

Using a larger box may be a solution.In this case, you have to place the Ports farther from actual inputs of the combiner but you should extend these inputs to ports by adding shifting reference planes.

Your question is not clear.
There is one antenna pattern viewer in Sonnet, you just have two links to the same feature. And viewing an antenna pattern requires an antenna, which does not exist in your Butler matrix.
Sonnet isn't the greatest antenna tool anyway - depending on the antenna pattern, the box around the simulation area requires some tricks to get an accurate pattern. I use other EM tools for antenna patterns, if I have a choice.
