cst group delay

When I use the Group Delay time computation macros for CST, with AR-module, I have different result than without using AR-module. Can anyone say - what result is more perfect?

see the documentation 'Getting Started' in your program folder . pp98-100

AR filter uses some kind of extrapolation so I guess without AR filter the results should be more reliable..
